Kyoto Zaimu Support — organizing a wide range of financial services into one clear website

A website redesign for a Kyoto tax accounting firm, turning a large range of financial and business services into a simple, easy-to-navigate structure for small business owners.

Kyoto Zaimu Support corporate website

Project Overview

Kyoto Zaimu Support is a Kyoto-based tax accounting firm that works mainly with small and medium-sized businesses. Its services cover a wide range of financial and management needs, including startup financing, accounting, cash-flow management, tax consultation, business succession, M&A, and inheritance.

Artclick was asked to redesign the firm's corporate website with a simpler layout and clearer access to information. We handled the project from planning and design through to coding and WordPress development.

The Challenge

Kyoto Zaimu Support provides several services for businesses at different stages, from launching a company to planning business succession. The website therefore needed to organize a large amount of information without making it difficult to navigate. It also had to present the firm as professional and dependable while remaining approachable for business owners seeking advice.

The main requirements were:

  • Create a simple and easy-to-read website
  • Organize the firm's services clearly
  • Help visitors find relevant information quickly
  • Present a professional and trustworthy image
  • Make the website comfortable to use on mobile devices
  • Allow the client to manage and update content through WordPress

Our Approach

We started by discussing the firm's business goals, services, and target audience with the client. Based on those discussions, we reviewed the site structure and planned how the information should be grouped. Particular attention was given to the needs of small business owners, who may visit the website with a specific concern such as financing, cash flow, taxation, inheritance, or business succession.

The navigation and page structure were designed so that visitors could identify the relevant service and reach the necessary information without moving through too many pages.

Design and Development

The design follows the client's request for a simple and easy-to-read website. We used a clean layout, clear headings, and well-separated content sections to make each page easier to scan. The visual style was kept professional and restrained, reflecting the reliability expected from a tax accounting firm.

The interface was also designed to work consistently across desktop computers, tablets, and smartphones. Font sizes, content spacing, navigation, and page layouts were adjusted for different screen sizes. The website was developed with WordPress, allowing the client to manage content without editing the underlying code.

Technical Implementation

The project included:

  • Website planning and sitemap development
  • Custom website design
  • Front-end coding
  • WordPress CMS development
  • Responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile
  • Clear service navigation
  • Content organization for multiple areas of expertise
  • Support for ongoing website updates

The Outcome

The redesigned website gives Kyoto Zaimu Support a clearer way to present its services and areas of expertise. Visitors can review support options for startup financing, accounting, cash flow, taxation, inheritance, M&A, and business succession through an organized and easy-to-follow structure.

The clean design supports the firm's professional image, while the responsive layout makes the information accessible across different devices. WordPress also provides a practical system for managing future content updates.
