Itoh Seisakusho is a precision sheet metal manufacturer with two factories in Yamashina, Kyoto. The company handles sheet metal processing, painting, silk-screen printing, and assembly within its own facilities. This integrated production system allows the team to maintain consistent quality, respond flexibly to technical requirements, and manage projects within short delivery schedules.

The Challenge
Itoh Seisakusho's main strength is its ability to manage several manufacturing processes in-house. Our Approach
We organized the content around Itoh Seisakusho's production flow, from sheet metal processing and painting to silk-screen printing and final assembly. Each stage was presented using a combination of concise text and visual content. We also visited the factories to photograph and film the manufacturing environment. Showing the actual work, machinery, materials, and production processes helped communicate details that would have been difficult to explain through written content alone.
